According to The UFABET , Leeds United have emerged as a favorite for PSV Eindhoven forward Cody Gakpo in January,
and the 23-year-old has been link with the Premier League over the past summer. Manchester United is believe to have only made an official offer.
However, the deal did not materialize and Gakpo stayed at PSV, where he has been outstanding this season, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assists in 15 games. However ,
previously there was news that PSV may need to sell Gakpo after facing financial problems. This may allow him to move the team since January.
Gakpo was outstanding for PSV last season, with the Netherlands international registering 12 goals and 13 assists from 27 Eredivisie matches.
And the 23-year-old has made a stunning start to this season, too, netting eight goals from as many league games and clocking up six assists along the way.
Manchester United have been tipped to pursue Gakpo in the New Year. Especially with the long-term future of Cristiano Ronaldo currently up in the air.
Recently, it was reported that “Yung Thong” became the favorite in this deal. After reaching a personal agreement with the players is completed. And is negotiating a fee of Gakpo with PSV at a figure of not less than 30 million pounds.
The report states that Gakpo wants to move to England very much. And a move to Old Trafford is also unlikely, with the Red Devils expected to have little movement in January.
